  Any products that break within 1 year are covered under warranty (if you opt for a warranty) and thus can be replaced at no cost to you.

  I only want the basic, offline features. Is this possible?

  Yes. When placing your order, simply do not choose any of the Connectivity modes. If you place an order without choosing any Connectivity modes, you will be paying a lower price for a more basic version of the device -- "Thrust" -- which does not have the hardware or software required to use Sync Connect, Gym Connect, or Remote Connect. It is still a fantastic solo sex toy!

  What kind of lubricant can I use?

  Use only water-based lubricant, like our own Fleshy Glide. Do not use oil-based lubricant, as oil-based lubricant will deteriorate the Thrust Sync sleeve.

  Are other sleeves available?

  Is there any mandatory membership or recurring billing?

  No. Your Thrust Sync will function normally forever simply after paying once for it. No user registration is required either, and the device never performs any telemetry (also known as "phoning home" or sending data back to us).
  
  Having said that, there are various third-party services and add-ons available, mostly from third-parties, which many customers choose to use with their Thrust Sync.

  What is Faptap? What is FaptapAI?
